Cancellation Policy

I understand that situations arise in which you must cancel your appointment. It’s therefore requested that if you must cancel your appointment, you provide more than 24 hours notice. This will enable another client who is waiting for an appointment to be scheduled in that appointment slot. With cancellations made less than 24 hours notice we are unable to offer that slot to other people. If there are any health issues present at the time of your scheduled massage session that might make massage a bad idea, including fever, cold, flu, sickness, please contact me before arriving to your massage.


Appointments that are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are subject to be charged for the full amount of service.

No Show:

Anyone who fails to show up for a scheduled massage appointment and does not provide 24 hours cancellation notice will be considered a “no show” and will be charged the full amount for the missed appointment. Clients who “no show” two or more times in a 12 month period, may be dismissed from the practice thus they will be denied any further appointments.

Late Arrivals:

Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full session.

New Clients:

All new clients must pre-pay for the full session. If you are using a gift certificate and no show, you forfeit that gift certificate. All the above policies also apply.

The cancellation and no show fees are the sole responsibility of the client and must be paid in full before the client’s next appointment.
I understand that special unavoidable circumstances may cause you to cancel within 24 hours. Fees in this instance may be waived but only with my approval.
